By engaging with CB Web Art for web design and development services, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.
SERVICE AGREEMENT
PAYMENT TERMS

A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total project cost is required after the initial consultation to commence work.

An additional 40% of the total project cost is due upon the completion of the first draft.

The remaining 40% of the total project cost is payable before the official launch of the website.

Please note that these payment terms do not include the costs associated with Wix or Shopify monthly subscriptions, which are the responsibility of the client.
MAINTENANCE PLANS

CB Web Art offers three different levels of maintenance plans to cater to your specific needs. These plans involve routine updates, security enhancements, and technical support.

Should the work required in any given month under a maintenance plan exceed the allocated hours, additional costs will be added based on the time taken to complete the tasks.

CB Web Art will provide a detailed breakdown of the additional charges incurred for any work beyond the agreed-upon maintenance plan.
Terms & Conditions
PROJECT OWNERSHIP
TERMINATION OF SERVICES

Upon completion and full payment of the project, the client assumes ownership of the website and its associated files.

Until full payment is received, CB Web Art retains ownership of all project files, designs, and content created during the development process.

CB Web Art reserves the right to terminate services in the event of non-payment or violation of the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

The client may also terminate services at any time; however, please note that any deposits or payments made are non-refundable.
CONTENT & MATERIALS
CHANGES & REVISIONS

The client is responsible for providing all necessary content, materials, and information required for the project promptly.

Delays in content submission may impact project timelines, and CB Web Art will not be held responsible for such delays.

The client is entitled to request changes and revisions during the development process. However, significant alterations or additional features not originally agreed upon may incur additional charges.

CB Web Art respects the confidentiality of client information and will not disclose sensitive data to third parties.

CB Web Art is not liable for any loss, damages, or issues resulting from the use of the website once it has been launched.

This agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Texas. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Texas
